About
I have a passion for solving design problems and creating interactive, performant and functional web experiences.
I’m currently a web developer at adenin Technologies; I built the majority of the company website. More recently, I've been developing Digital Assistant, a workplace experience and productivity app.
Before web dev, I worked in Cybersecurity consulting at EY UK. Before that, I spent a year at IBM UK managing technical projects.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Manchester. I’m also a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer! I’m completely smitten with my rescue cat, Buttons, and my two guinea pigs (Godzilla and Benny).

Work
I use HTML, SASS & JavaScript every day, and I love to utilise bleeding-edge technology to craft unique and modern experiences.
I have extensive experience with the JAMStack, as well as JavaScript frameworks like React and jQuery. I also dabble with WordPress and PHP, and have also built custom plugins for customized functionality.
I run Node.js-based workflow automation via Gulp or Grunt for web projects, and I've written other Node scripts to automate mundane tasks. I also know my way around Sketch and Figma, and I’m comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere.

When I get chance, I like to mess around with various projects to learn new skills and flex my right brain. Here’s a couple of my most recent experiments.
